Gifted Hands Home Care was founded with love, purpose, and a deeply personal journey. Our story begins with Andrew, a devoted son and caregiver who supported both his parents through their final illnesses—his father lost to cancer in 2013 and his mother to a stroke in 2017. Caring for them was not just a responsibility, but a life-changing experience that revealed the true meaning of compassion, dignity, and quality care.

Driven by these experiences, Andrew pursued over eight years of professional training and hands-on experience in the UK healthcare sector, working closely with vulnerable adults, individuals with complex needs, and palliative care patients. His work strengthened his passion for delivering person-centred care and deepened his understanding of what families truly need in times of vulnerability.

He saw a growing need for personalised, dependable, and heartfelt care within local communities. He knew that the kind of support his parents received—marked by patience, respect, and empathy—should be accessible to others. That belief became the foundation of Gifted Hands Home Care.

Today, we proudly serve clients across Horsham and the surrounding areas of West Sussex, delivering private home care services that reflect the values we were built upon: kindness, reliability, and excellence. From visiting care to live-in and respite services, every care plan is tailored to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring they live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
